New York, NY – Former NFL quarterback, current ex-slave, Colin Kaepernick released a photo of the day he was auctioned off to the highest bidder.
The photo shows Kaepernick surrounded by his new slave owners before being transferred to the San Fransisco plantation.
“Just like the indentured servants of the 1800s, I only made $43 million from the NFL from salaries and bonuses.” Kaepernick said in his Instagram post. “Also, I’m not sure if Harriet Tubman got a Netflix series, but if she did, I bet she got a better deal than me!”
Kaepernick has received unanimous support from his post. The NFL is currently looking into abolishing the draft and diversifying the league by only allowing white football players.
